ADCO is reconfiguring a 1,050-acre ranch nestled between the Pacific coastline and the
Santa Ynez Mountains in Santa Barbara to create Tecolote, a preserve where 94% of the
land will be conserved in perpetuity for wilderness and agricultural use while the remaining
6% of the land will accommodate 26 secluded estate home sites with resort privileges.

This working ranch produces 1.5 - 3 million pounds of avocados and 2 million pounds
of lemons annually, providing fresh seasonal produce for Bacara and other local markets.
